Dominic Suchyta is the only person with a page on
the Earthwork site that is not a songwriter. This is because the constant
steady heartbeat of Dominic's bass resonates underneath most songs on
the albums released by this label. He has helped define the Earthwork
sound. On top of recording on almost every album released by Earthwork,
this incredible musician is also the doghouse force of Michigan's beloved
Steppin' In It, sweethearts of
the americana music scene. Dominic's first band was a Detroit attic
rock duo with Jack White,
the F*ck Ups. So, we figure
the man deserves a page on this site, a standing ovation and a lifetime's
supply of Vernors.
