We ship 5 (sometimes 6) days per week and will do anything in our power to make sure you're totally satisfied with your purchase.

Accidents happen. If you receive something other than what you've ordered - contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll get things straightened out.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive items that are defective or damaged we'll gladly replace them if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Physical Music Products: CDs, Vinyl, Cassettes
We don't take returns on opened music products unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you if you let is know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Digital Music Products: MP3s
We don't take returns on digital music products unless our database shows that you have not downloaded the product.
